August 7, 2000 (533 miles - includes lots of running around Missoula as well as the drive to Glacier National Park)
Today we left Missoula for Glacier National Park to get ready for tomorrow's wedding. We will be meeting Some of our friends at our Apgar Site D190 at Glacier, Dick & Anne Dougherty who drove from Leadville, CO & Done & Anne Guido (who often travel with us) who flew in from Binghamton, NY. I cooked up a big batch of hamburger & ziti for dinner.

After dinner we made a quick drive to find the section of Lake McDonald where the wedding is taking place. Karin knows where it is, but she isn't coming until tomorrow, & I want to make sure Carol can get to the lake (she is recovering from hip replacement surgery.) We found the location, and the path isn't too long or steep so things should be good!
