The 11th Lake Ontario Bird Festival takes place May 19 & 20, 2007 at Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park Resort in Mexico, NY. Parking & all activities are free. Among the groups presenting programs are "The Raptor Project" presented by John Wood, "Hawk Creek" with Danette Pawlowski, Friends With Feathers by Ron Walker, "Talons! A Bird of Prey Experience" by Lorie Schumacher and many more. Performances by Native American flutist David Searching Owl, The Thunderhawk Singers, and exhibits & workshops make for two full days of activities.

Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park Resort is located about 2 miles north of the village of Mexico on County Route 16.
