Not too much going on today. After a morning of reading blogs & forums, I headed to Lake Havasu City to do laundry & some shopping. Parker is closer, but I wanted to check out Cattail Cove (the park I'm heading to in a week or so). Looks OK, although my site is jammed in the middle of a bunch of them. I may try for an extended stay and see if I can move.

My GPS directed me to 3 non existent laundromats in Lake Havasu City - Lots of building going on, so I suspect they may have been there in the past, but no more!. Finally used my phone to look for one & punched the address into the GPS. I never got there - on the way I saw a small laundromat & decided that if I has my eyes on one, I'd use it.

After laundry it was a stop at Walmart. I actually had a shopping list and only bought a few things that were not on it!

After that it was a 31 mile drive back to the campground in a combination of sunshine, rain, and hail! Quite the weather variations, but at least is is slowly warming up, both during the day & night.

I cooked a homemade pepper, mushroom & onion pizza using the dough from Safeway for dinner. It worked pretty well, although I probably could have cut the dough in half and saved it for a second pizza - it made a very thick pizza. At least it was thick enough that the fresh peppers didn't soak through the crust like they usually do.

Not much in the way of photos, although I did take one of the sunset over the campground:

Until tomorrow -
