I'm currently on a trip around the US & Canada, and stopped to visit the Kan Wah Chung State Heritage Site in John Day, Oregon. Ing Hay & Lung On were two Chinese immigrants who formed a partnership to buy & operate the Kam Wha Chung & Company building. Ing Hay established a herbal medicine practice that attracted clients from all over the northwest and Lung On was a well educated and skilled merchant that managed Ing Hay's practice, and among other enterprises, started an early automobile dealership. The building served many purposes, including a gathering place for the Chinese community in John Day, the largest in eastern Oregon.

They do not allow flash, and the light levels are very low, however I did manage to take a few photos shooting at an ISO of 1250. The tour is free, and, if you are in the area, well worth a stop.
