Today was pretty relaxed. After a morning walk & breakfast we headed to the Lifesaving Museum. I sat outside & read while Carol & Luann took the tour. I probably should have gone in; Carol said they have changed the displays quite a bit since our last time through. I even forgot to bring my camera so we don't have a picture of the place. I promise we will stop & get one sometime this week.

After that a short stop at the Shop & Stop, the post office to mail a pile of postcards, and home to spend the rest of the day relaxing. Late this afternoon Carol & Luann went to Cisco Beach to try to fly kites with a side trip to wander through one of the older island graveyards. The inscriptions on some of the stones are something else. Meanwhile, I made chili. That's about it. Hardly worth reporting, but I do want to try to keep updating the site every day.

PS - We did go out to Madaket to watch the sunset last night. Great colors - I know Oswego is listed somewhere as having some of the best sunsets in the world, but Nantucket comes close. To top it off, the moon came up just as the sunset ended.
