This morning another 18 wheeler delivered parts for the house going up across the road from David's. Each time they try to get into the space they take out a little more of David's front lawn. They say they will fix things after the deliveries...

We dropped Don & Anne off downtown to do a bit of shopping. It looks like it is turning into a nice day, but I'm not sure anyone is into another beach day until the skin cools down. We will probably take a trip out to Sconset & do a little "tourist" stops this afternoon.

After we picked Don & Anne up at the Grand Union parking lot, we made the annual trip to Sconset for ice cream & pictures. We also made our annual trip out to the Sankaty Lighthouse to see it it has fallen into the ocean. Surprise - they moved it. In the photos below you can see the memorial construction at the original site. We also stopped off at Tom Nevers to see how much of it has fallen into the ocean. A little more is gone each year. They are getting ready for the Demolition Derby this saturday.
