This year's Algonac rally is a bit different because the Algonac State Park is closed for renovations. The rally has been moved to Lakeport State Park on Lake Huron rather than the St Clair River on which the Algonac State Park borders. We can't watch the freighters go by but the sites are much larger. In any case, the rally should be moving back to the Algonac State Park next year.
