Monday, May 18, 2026 - Blue Haven Family Campground & Resort, Ellensburg Depot, NY - 235 Miles for the day, 641.2 Miles for the trip
Just a tiny bit of rain at the start & during the trip. Warm, with a high of 82°F on the drive & 77°F at Blue Haven when we arrived. Lots of 2 lane state roads in New Hampshire, about 90 miles on I 93? in Vermont. I'm glad Anne didn't use my location for Blue Haven in her GPS. Mine shows we are 45 miles from the place when I'm parked at my site. I deleted it and added the correct one for this place.
The owner or manager guided us to out sites over at least 20 speed bumps. We will have to plan extra time getting out of the place to get over them. We are in sites 5 & 6, full hookup sites on grass with a picnic table & fire ring. Mine was level enough that I didn't need to unhook - level side to side & I raised the tongue 1 1/2". $72.10 per night with processing fee? and reservation fee. No near by bathrooms.

The black flies are out & hungry! The Guidos used insect repellent but I can't stand the stuff so I did a lot of slapping. We decided to eat inside my trailer.
Dinner was a shrimp dish put together by Anne & a salad.
