I've been on a cross country trip and took enough photographs at the Valley of Fire State Park in Nevada to devote a page to it.
The Valley of Fire State Park has a couple of campgrounds, one of which has electric sites. This is handy since the temperatures during my visit reached as high as 95°F - it was nice to be able to run the air conditioner in the trailer. Although there is no "hand out" map of the park, most of the attractions are well labled. Most of the roads are paved; the few that are not are well maintained gravel.

The Lost City Museum is just outside the town of Overton, a little northeast of the campground, and the nearest shopping.
